I called this morning as I had no heat. First of all I would like to thank you for having a “person” actually answer the phone. Secondly this lady was nice enough to suggest I check the batteries in my thermostat which I did and that was the problem. You could have had a service man come to my home only to tell me I needed new batteries, which would have cost me a service call. I have had a service call in the past and I was also very pleased with the service and the professionalism with which I was treated then.
