Our maintenance visits include checking refrigerant pressures, measuring supply and return air temperatures, and inspecting airflow — the same measurements used to verify that the system is operating at rated efficiency. If we find something reducing efficiency, we correct it during the visit.

A capacitor that's starting to fail shows measurable degradation before it fails completely. A refrigerant charge that's slightly low suggests a slow leak before the system stops cooling. Electrical connections that are beginning to corrode show resistance before they cause a fault. Annual maintenance gives us the chance to catch these issues early — when a $50 capacitor is the fix, not an emergency service call on the hottest day of the year.

Every maintenance visit produces a documented record of what was inspected, measured, and found. Over multiple years, this service history tells a story: whether refrigerant charge has been stable or declining, whether electrical readings are holding steady or degrading, whether the system is performing as it should. That history also has practical value — for warranty claims, for resale documentation, and for making informed decisions about repair vs. replacement.

A clean AC system is a healthier AC system. During our maintenance visits we inspect the evaporator coil and blower for biological growth, check and replace filters, inspect the condensate drain and pan, and look for conditions that contribute to poor indoor air quality. If we find anything of concern, we address it during the visit or advise you on the best next step.
