We replace knob-and-tube systems with modern grounded wiring and upgrade the panel if needed to bring your home's electrical system to current standards.
Aluminum Wiring Remediation
Many Grande Prairie homes built in the 1960s and 1970s were wired with aluminum branch circuit wiring. Aluminum wiring requires aluminum-rated devices and connectors — using standard copper-rated outlets and switches with aluminum wiring is a documented fire hazard.
