I wanted to express my thanks to your company and to Cory for reprogramming my thermostat this morning. I had changed the batteries and when I put the cover back on the screen was basically blank. I read the instructions but was still unable to get it right as it was a new thermostat that was put in when Indoor Elements installed my AC in 2018. Needless to say I was embarrassed not being able to do the job myself, but I knew I needed help.
I knew I could count on your company from my previous experience with Indoor Elements.
I am truly thankful for the speedy service, especially in the crisis our world is in today.
