Phenomenal experience with this company. They initially installed my furnace last year and the service was great and the furnace has had no issues. However there was an oversight on install that raised a red flag on my property inspection. We contacted the office explained our situation and they took accountability for their mistake. They came the same day and corrected their mistake. They were very apologetic, professional and didn’t charge me anything. Mistakes happen it’s all in how you fix them. I can’t thank them enough. Will definitely continue to use and recommend Indoor Elements.
