I wanted to express my thanks to your company and to Cory for reprogramming my thermostat this morning. I had changed the batteries and when I put the cover back on the screen was basically blank. I read the instructions but was still unable to get it right as it was a new thermostat that was put in when Indoor Elements installed my AC in 2018. Needless to say I was embarrassed not being able to do the job myself, but I knew I needed help.
I knew I could count on your company from my previous experience with Indoor Elements.
I am truly thankful for the speedy service, especially in the crisis our world is in today.

Thanks for the response for the Holiday Monday plumbing fix. It was a small job, but I needed some help with the fix and the proper tools. The on call person was great to deal with and the tech was even better. I will recommend Indoor Elements in the future.
Feeling great ! Andy Seidemann and I decided to have AC installed in our home and it was a huge expense. Just under $6000 to be exact. We chose indoor elements to do our install as I had used them before in my previous home and was very pleased with the service. Once the AC was installed the Techs noticed our motor was shot in our 1.5 year old home. So the AC would not work. It cost an additional just over $1600 to have the motor replaced. Lori at Indoor Elements called to question the year of our home and decided to call the manufacturer to see if she could get us some warranty coverage, even thou it was only warrantied for 1 year. She was amazing in getting the cost of the part $926.00 refunded to us from the manufacturer. She didn’t have to go the extra step as Indoor elements had their money for the full repair but she did. I just want to say I’m so happy she did and the level of service was amazing. We highly recommend them for their level of service & integrity. We cannot thank you and your staff enough for everything you did.

This letter is in regards to the service provided to us (Grande Spirit Foundation) by G&L Heating. I have been the maintenance manager for the foundation for the past 7 years. In those seven years we have used G&L quite extensively, ranging in all types and quantity of work. Their staff and service technicians are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Their understanding of our buildings and the needs of those buildings is extremely helpful to our staff. I called this morning as I had no heat. First of all I would like to thank you for having a “person” actually answer the phone. Secondly this lady was nice enough to suggest I check the batteries in my thermostat which I did and that was the problem. You could have had a service man come to my home only to tell me I needed new batteries, which would have cost me a service call. I have had a service call in the past and I was also very pleased with the service and the professionalism with which I was treated then.

We have been dealing with Indoor Elements for 6 years when we have had a heating problem. The service has always been good and we have always been pleased with their service. We required service recently and found that Scott the technician that was sent out was prompt, knowledgeable and pleasant. We highly recommend this Company for any heating or plumbing requirements.

I contacted Indoor Elements Mechanical Ltd. to get a furnace replacement quote and a quote for some plumbing that needed to be done. They booked a quote for the next morning and came on time as promised…..no waiting around for me as a customer! We discussed the job, I was given a quote, and the work was scheduled forJuly 10th, 2013 at 8:30 A.M. and again, they were on time with everything they required and completed the work as quoted.
I would reccomend Indoor Elements Mechanical Ltd. to anyone! The staff was punctual, proffessional, and friendly. Excelent service with no problems or inconvenience!

The furnace was delivered and installed on the day we were told it would be. The installers were friendly, courteous and professional.
